Welcome to KOOLADE. By accessing or purchasing from koolade.shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms (the “Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KOOLADE website and the purchase of products available through it. KOOLADE is a Bay Area lifestyle apparel brand operated as a small business. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a purchase.
2. Products
We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the exact colors of our products. All sales are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. KOOLADE reserves the right to change prices for our products at any time. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. KOOLADE does not store your payment card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KOOLADE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. KOOLADE does not bear the risk of loss for any items accordingly.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KOOLADE gear. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange products. To initiate a return, email order@koolade.shop with your order number and reason for return. Only upon approval, will you receive return instructions and a shipping address.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in original or similar packaging. Eligible returns will receive store credit only — we do not offer cash refunds. As a small batch brand, this helps us reduce waste and restock thoughtfully.
Exchanges for a different size or color are available subject to inventory. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email order@koolade.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we will make it right. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including graphics, logos, product designs, text, and images — is the property of KOOLADE and is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission from KOOLADE.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Site or interfere with other users' use of it. Unauthorized scraping, automated access, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOOLADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Mateo County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a posted new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
