At KOOLADE, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within the following guidelines:

🗓 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

🎽 Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original or similar packaging

💳 Refund Method

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. As a small batch brand, this helps us reduce waste and restock thoughtfully.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange—subject to inventory availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide clear return instructions once your request is approved.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email us at order@koolade.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Email order@koolade.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your return, you’ll get a store credit code to use at checkout.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed.
